Our 'Introduction to mediation skills for family workers' is a short workshop suitable for anyone working with families and children in the community, such as:

Programme overview



This 1-day interactive and dynamic workshop is designed to help participants increase their understanding of conflict and the use of mediation skills to manage it.


This course is approved by the College of Mediators. The learning integrates theoretical, practical and self-reflective aspects. The format of the course includes pre-course reading, face-to-face delivery, group discussions, practical exercises and simulations.
